New Orleans Evacuation – Thousands evacuate the city of New Orleans and other areas of the Gulf Coast as Hurricane Gustav shows signs of reaching a catagory 5 hurricane.

Hurricane Categories – As the tropics heat up for 2008, categories of hurricanes become more relevant while watching the approach of Gustav and Hanna.
