Tim Tebow Super Bowl Ad – CBS has tentatively approved a Tim Tebow Super Bowl ad that may air during the Super Bowl featuring an anti-abortion message from Focus on the Family.

The Tim Tebow Super Bowl ad has drawn opposition from so-called ‘womens groups’ and CBS is being urged to disallow the airing of the advertisement paid for by Focus on the Family.

The script for the SuperBowl ad featuring Tim Tebow and his mother, Pam Tebow, tells of how she was urged by doctors to abort her fifth child when she became ill during a trip to the Philippines. Pam Tebow did not follow that advice and that child later became superstar quarterback for the Florida Gators and Heisman trophy winner, Tim Tebow.

CBS is not expected to buckle to pressure to deny airing of the Focus on the Family commercial, and CBS spokeswoman, Dana McClintock said the ad would be ‘appropriate for air.’
Final approval for the Tim Tebow Super Bowl ad has not been given yet, and the message is said to be not so much anti-abortion as a message to celebrate life.
Do you think CBS should air the Tim Tebow Super Bowl Ad?

Absolutely, air the ad. Freedom of speech in a public forum, airing our political views is a guarentee of the 1st amendment. Even the ACLU cannot argue against this and if they do they are arguing against their own philosophy. This is not even an issue of separation of church and state. This is a private corporation making a business decision.

Who cares about the NFL and the Who Dat controversy. All that matters is that the Saints and the Who Dat Nation are going to the Superbowl baby.
