Tropical Storm Bertha is moving west at 14 miles per hour and maximum sustained winds are 45 mph.

Forming just a month into the 2008 season, it is too soon to know where Tropical Storm Bertha will go.
If it becomes Hurricane Bertha, it will be the first in the Atlantic this season. Arthur soaked the Yucatan and fizzles out near Belize a month ago.
Forecasters expect Tropical Storm Bertha to gain some strength over the next few days, but as yet, it’s direction is unknown.
