I am very interested in a sugar-free living. I currently have a sweet-tooth, and am finding it difficult to find meal plans, what to eat for snacks, etc. While diabetes is not something that runs in my family, I am still concerned and would like to be smart and take a proactive approach to my health. Any tips or advice?

Why is this offer in a reputable magazine such as Parade? This is not free nor is it easy to order. Prevention magazine has had free offers for exercise DVDs in the past and was much easier to order. Is this just another rip off of American consumers? Please reconsider when you make an offer of a free DVD. I am unable to complete the form for the free DVD Banish Fat Boost Metabolism that was advised in Parade Magazine. Please advise. I typed in the website and clicked on free dvd and the form was so small I couldn’t complete it.

it is not free. you pay shipping cool. but thats not the end. then they have you credit card number to keep billing you for her web site you now have accsess to. just want to order the dvd for $4.95 and be done with it. don’t want to half to worry about calling and stoping the charges. nevermind. this is not for me. never as easy as they make it sound!!!!!
