Jonathan Richard Hock – 20-year old Jonathan Richard Hock aka John Hock, pictured below, was arrested for a live webcam broadcast of a 5:00 a.m. sexual assault on a passed out woman whose friends later alerted her about what they saw.

Seems Jonathan Richard Hock liked to do these kind of late night live webcam video feeds, as Phoenix police say that John Hock was quite popular on the video sharing site.

According to court documents, Hock activated his laptop’s webcam and broadcast live as he sexually assaulted a woman whom he knew for less than a month as she lay in bed unconscious.

The assault victim had reportedly passed out from drinking heavily and been asleep for several hours before the assault occurred.

According to Phoenix police, the woman said she became aware of her assault after friends text messaged her about seeing the video.

Court documents say the woman then found pictures on the Web site of Hock lying next to her as she was asleep and naked from the waist down.

In the video, John Hock made comments about being able to commit the assault without her knowledge while he performed various sexual acts.

After Phoenix police got a court order to retrieve the video, Hock was arrested on charges of sexual assault and surreptitious video taping.

Police say Hock is allegedly very popular on the video site for his sexual behavior and said information they received through their investigation indicates there may have been other similar videos of this type broadcast by Hock in the past.
