As much $ as they charge for a pk of smokes, you’d think they could pay someone who knows HOW this is soposed to work. They have a problem getting a user friendly, working, accessable site every time they start a new campain or sweeps or even just to get on their mailing list. Does Marlboro not have any computer savey people in their employ? Or are they smoking a different kind of tabacco? Get it together Marlboro/Phillip Morris! I visit people’s sites for their little hole-in-the-wall, run out of the basement kind of business, that operates incredibly more professionally then this. The word ‘operates’ is not one you can even use to describe your FLAVORCHASE.com site! I cannot find the words to adaquately express the level of my ongoing disapointment with this dept. of your company. From your angle its fortunate that smoking is an addiction, and that I wouldn’t smoke any other brand or you would no longer have my loyalty. I am very certain I am not alone judging by the comments of other consumers having the same difficulties.

My father started smoking when he was 6. He would sneak butts. He was addicted and smoked everyday. He had an indentation in his lip where he would hold his cigarette. He died of lung cancer after smoking your cigarettes all these years. The last thing i remember is that indentation in his lip.

I’ve tried over and over again and still can’t get onto the web site to enter any of the sweepstakes. Does anyone know what to do? I’ve filled the whole thing out, but i keep having to type in a different name and no matter what i type in I can’t get on.

This is crazy, no matter how many times I download that Adobe Flash player and it say’s it was successful, it just ain’t there!
So how about it Phillip Morris, can you make this site user friendly?

It is simple, and if your computer won’t let you do it then do it from text everyday, that’s the method I used. My parents used the computer method…If they figured it out, it shouldn’t be that hard!! I have already won a duffel bag and an MP3 player!!! GOOD LUCK!!

Don’t feel bad wal. I entered EVERY SINGLE DAY and did not win squat either. From what I can gather on msg. boards, I can’t find anyone that won by entering online. The only winners I have found were people that used the text msg on the cell phones. I wonder if the company Phillip Morris was using didnt screw up the entries. The only ones that came to them as valid were from text msgs. And they only won the el-cheapo prizes, the highest value was one Zune and one that won a Omaha Steaks certificate. Throw in a duffel bag, scan-disc MP3 and you can find the junk they were giving away. Can’t find one TV, laptop, Genesis grill or any of the top prizes. Like I said, audit the winners list when it comes out and you will find the top prizes were fictional people or people with ties to the organization hired to “over see” this promotion. Just like the McDonalds Monopoly scandal that ran for so many years…..bunch of crooks.

while trying to register on to this web site I unapparently added myself to a site Predicto which has been sending stupid text messages to my cell. phone and I am now being charged $9.99 a month to be a member of. I canceled immedently but am still being charged. Flavorchase I feel is a very difficult and misleading site. I have been a user of Marlboro products for about 30 years and will no longer use any or the phillipmorris permotional gimics.
